Use with any sauce, especially pesto. And it's organic! The Fratelli Minaglia brand replaces the old Alta Valle Scrivia and is exactly the same product. Brothers (Fratelli) Paolo and Francesco Minaglia are the founders of Alta Valle Scrivia and there is simply a brand name change but the product is the same high quality of the Alta Valle Scrivia brand.
