The Little Italy of Los Angeles Association is a non-profit organization that promotes Italian culture within LA and specifically in the area of San Pedro, which has historically been called home by many Italian immigrants who came to work at the bustling port and in the fishing industry. Nowadays, San Pedro still has one of the more concentrated Italian-American populations in California. Thus was born LILAA and its mission--to provide a central district in which the Italian and Italian-American communities of LA can gather and celebrate our shared heritage and culture. 

Among the many things they do, one of them is putting on the annual Festa Italiana in downtown San Pedro. This fun, family-friendly event features live entertainment, food including pizza, pasta, arancini, gelato, etc., wine, and vendors like Rita's who offer top-quality, Made in Italy products for guests to purchase at the Festa. 

Beyond this, Rita's is proud to continuously promote the Association and raise awareness about it and its goals, especially in our home-territory of Orange County, where it may be less known that there's a growing and lively Little Italy district in LA.
